President
Stephen is a registered Professional Engineer with 25 years experience in structural design, detailing and project management. Stephen’s entire career has been in the precast concrete industry. As President, he is responsible for oversight and quality control processes of the structural engineering, detailing and project management of all ongoing projects at McRae Engineering.
Karen Adams, PE
Vice President – Detailing
Karen is the Vice President of Detailing at McRae Engineering. She has over 22 years of structural design & detailing experience in the precast industry. Karen strives to create a positive environment where her teammates and their clients feel valued. At McRae Engineering, her goal is to provide a high level of structural expertise in every project and exceed customer’s expectations.
Norman Moore, PE
Vice President – Engineering
As the Vice President of Engineering at McRae Engineering, Norman oversees the designs for projects as well as provides training for engineers. After graduating, he spent 16 years working for a precast producer where he had various roles including design engineer, project manager, and engineering manager. The knowledge he gained with these various roles is invaluable when working with the external customers and the internal team. He strives to make sure that the client’s expectations are understood at the beginning of the project and exceeded by the completion.
